TIP 1# MIND HUG"S
This is jumping the gun a Little bit, but it ties in good with the post "FREE HUGS"
below.
Jaun Mann holds a sign and people who want a hug comes to him. If you walked up to a stranger and gave him or her a hug without warning it would make them feel uncomfortable, and you might end up with a fat lip. That where a mind hug comes in.
A mind hug is where you project with your energy or thought of giving a hug to the person. Sounds funny but with a little practice it works. The goal is to give a person that warm feeling of getting hugged without the hug. How do you know if it works? You will notice that people are more friendlier to you feel more comfortable around you. Can people really get that warm feeling of a hug from you or is the change in you ? I really don't know, I do know that you will notice a change in the people around you.
How do I learn to give a mind hug ? It takes practice! Every person you meet, walk bye, talk to look at, visualize with your mind of giving them a long warm "none sexual" hug. Project that thought of hugging them through your thought/energy "or whatever you feel comfortable calling it" to the person you are giving a mind hug to. Don't use your eyes or facial expressions this is all in the mind.
Give it a try you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.

FREE HUGS

One man looking for some cheer down under has started a worldwide movement—by simply offering free hugs!
Juan Mann's free hug campaign started two years ago when Juan went back to his hometown in Australia to find that his friends and family had moved away. "I was the only person I knew in my own hometown," he says. "So I wanted to get out there and do something that spread a little bit of cheer and cheered me up, and this was the first thing that really came to mind."
The first time he stood in public with his "Free Hugs" sign, Juan says it took an agonizing 15 minutes to receive his first hug. "This one lady came up and gave me a hug and it was really, really worth it," Juan says. From that first hug a campaign was born!
A video on YouTube was released on September 22, 2006, and by December 2006, had gained over eight million views.
